Flexible graphite sheet DP1100 Flexible graphite shees are manufactured from high quality natural flake graphite though chemical treatment,expanded under high termperature and rolling. It has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,anti-radiation,low creep relaxation and good elasticity,and is the basic material for making all kinds of composite graphite sheets,graphite tapes,packing and gasket. Working temperature -200-650(in air),-200-3000(in non-oxidizing media).

Application: Apply to acid,alkali,steam,solvents,oil,and other media.It can be directly used in flange, access hole,water level indicator and other parts of seals under low pressure occasions.

The above product product properties are avalable when the density of the graphite sheet is 1.0g/cm3 and the thickness is 0.2 to 1.6mm. We can also manufacture according to customers requirement.
